Shelly was born in raised in Rawlins, Wyoming and never plans on leaving the amazing state of Wyoming. Her family has always enjoyed everything that the Wyoming outdoors has to offer.

Shelly has had the privilege of working for Carbon County Higher Education Center for over 15 years (since 2004). She believes the community is fortunate to have a BOCHES (Board of Cooperative Higher Education Services). CCHEC is constantly evolving and changing to meet the needs of our communities in both Rawlins and Baggs. Shelly is proud to be a part of the learning opportunities and services that CCHEC provides.
