✨Celebrating Student Excellence and Generosity!
Let’s give a resounding applause 👏 to Braden Fritz, who completed a fantastic student-built project for a heartwarming cause! This beautiful one-of-a-kind wildlife piece will be an auction item for the Tyeler Harris Memorial Fund at this summer’s Golf Tournament that will be sponsored by Memorial Hospital of Carbon County.
Braden, along with CCHEC instructors, poured his talent, dedication, and creativity into creating this piece in honor of Tyeler Harris, a beloved member of our community who touched the lives of many. Let us celebrate his dedication to making a positive impact in our community. It is truly an inspiration to us all!

CCHEC just had an incredible morning with the sweetest little artists! 🎨 We read The Very Hungry Caterpillar, 🐛 and experimented with different art techniques like brush painting, sponge painting, and finger painting. Take a look at their masterpieces! 🎨🌈🎨 Thank you all for joining us and a special thank you to some of our high school students for helping!

🚜 JT’s Automotive class had a great time on their field trip to the Wyoming Contractors Association Training Center for the heavy-civil career day that was put on by Oftedal Construction, Inc., earlier this month. This was a great experience for our students to learn about the wide range of programs and resources to help aspiring students get hands-on training. Students got to operate dozers, blades, dump trucks, excavators, new drone technology and more! What a blast!! 🚜

✨Happy Nurse Appreciation Week to all of the wonderful nurses out there and to our amazing nurse here at CCHEC! We appreciate all that you do for CCHEC, our students, and our community!
In celebration of nurses week we asked Barbara James what her favorite part about being a CNA instructor is, and this is what she had to say:

✨Community Partnerships are the best! Our Phlebotomy students had a great learning experience at the 1st Annual Care Fair! Students were on-site to assist with the blood draws and get feed back from medical professionals. A special “Thank You” to Memorial Hospital of Carbon County and to their instructor, Melissa Donough for this great learning opportunity! 👏🏼 👏🏼Good job!
