Community
At the Carbon County Higher Education Center, we’re committed to providing intelligent, thoughtful, and helpful programming for all members of our community.
Our mission is to fill any educational void we find in the community, and we do so with creativity, enthusiasm, and a deep appreciation for our community partners.
Offered both here in Rawlins and at our outreach campus in Baggs, our events and programs range from workshops for board members of non- profit organizations, to woodworking and welding classes. We also offer citizenship and language classes, and programs such as driver’s education and SafeSitter for younger members of our community.
We’re proud that our community counts on CCHEC as the “go-to” place for solving local problems, and we do all we can to live up to that expectation.
