High School Equivalency Class Instructor

The Carbon County Higher Education Center is searching for a part-time High School Equivalency Class Instructor. Applicant must have enthusiasm and a passion for helping students reach educational goals. Applicants should have a high school diploma or high school equivalency certificate. Tutor

Put your skills to work while helping others! We need tutors for students in college classes, high school classes, and high school equivalency classes. Areas include Math, English (reading & writing), Science, Social Studies, Business, and more. At this time, we especially need tutors with expertise in the English area. Applicants should have a high school diploma or high school equivalency certificate and experience or degree in their area of interest.

Substitute Teachers

Be a substitute teacher for fun classes in an exciting environment. We need substitute teachers for our pre-engineering, CNA, Pre-Engineering, Woodworking, Automotive, and Welding classes. 65 credit hours through an accredited college or completion of the substitute teacher’s class. Teaching experience preferred.
