Carbon County Higher Education Center (CCHEC) is the result of the 1985 agreement between Carbon County School District #1 and Western Wyoming Community College (WWCC) to form a joint Board of Cooperative Higher Education Services (BOCHES).
CCHEC administers the WWCC Outreach program for Carbon County School District #1 and works cooperatively with other agencies to provide adult education programs, courses and services.
CCHEC follows the policies set by WWCC for their college credit courses. More information on these policies can be found in the WWCC Catalog or at the WWCC homepage at http://www.wwcc.wy.edu and in the Handbook for Off-Campus Students available at the CCHEC office at 705 Rodeo Street in Rawlins.
